Courtney Jackson, case manager supervisor

Courtney Jackson is the Case Manager Supervisor here at RRJ Solutions. Courtney serves our staff and clients by reviewing compliance with regulations and policies, managing communications with care organizations and Medicaid, supervising case managers, coordinating with community service agencies, completing prior authorization requests, coordinating programs, and many other tasks. She is TCADC certified, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and is earning her Master’s Degree in Education for Clinical Counseling.

When asked what she loves most about her job, Courtney replied, “I love that we work toward breaking boundaries to intervention, stabilization, and maintenance. I love that we meet people where they are and help them move forward.”

Courtney enjoys watching supernatural shows and movies as it helps her have an “unrealistic release” during her leisure time. A few fun facts about Courtney is that she participates in yearly reading challenges and loves to draw and paint!
