Kristi Dawn Gray, BA/CADC/TCM

Kristi Gray is a Drug and Alcohol Counselor and a Targeted Case Manager here at RRJ Solutions working with those battling battling addiction in an outpatient facility. She also does assessments for clients that may need mental health counseling, substance abuse counseling, or case management in addition to IOP counseling, groups, and work case management. She has an extensive background in counseling, CADC, targeted case management, clinical supervision, and substance abuse counseling.

When asked what she loves most about her job, Kristi replied, “It allows me to do what my passion is and work with people and to love my children first because it is flexible.”

Kristi loves reading Nicholas Sparks books and recently discovered a love for Elin Hildenbrand books, as well. Her favorite movie is Stand By Me and she enjoys watching episodes of Below Deck in her free time. A fun fact about Kristi is that she enjoys painting, drawing, writing and singing!
