Melinda James, Community Support Associate

Melinda James is a member of our onboarding/support team here at RRJ Solutions. She is usually the first voice our clients hear and she assists them in their first steps of receiving treatment. She specializes in the areas of communications, cultural competence, active listening, critical thinking, human resources, problem solving and advocacy.

When asked what she loves most about her job, Melinda replied, “What I love most about my job is the inter-professional collaboration. My coworkers and leadership go above and beyond by prioritizing the employees’ self-care and mental health without breaking boundaries. By doing so, they create an environment that is client-centered, positive, and welcoming.”

Melinda is a proud cat mom and auntie to 3 nephews and 3 nieces.
