Mercedes Hudson, Targeted Case Manager/TCADC

Mercedes Hudson is a Targeted Case Manager and TCADC here at RRJ Solutions. Mercedes specializes in the areas of de-escalation, building rapport quickly, communicating effectively and understanding demeanor. Prior to coming to RRJ, Mercedes worked as a Child Advocate for CCDVS, an Eligibility Specialist for Care Coalition, and as a SSW for CPS.

When asked what she loves most about her job, Mercedes replied, “I genuinely love influencing and aiding people to have better lives.”

Of the 1,000+ books that she owns, Mercedes says that Gone with the Wind will always be her favorite. Her favorite movie is Pride and Prejudice and her favorite TV Show is The Good Doctor. A fun fact about Mercedes is that she loves to draw and is very good at it!
